If you know me, you’ll know I don’t watch The Hills, The City, or even Jersey Shore. But I happened to stumble across this photo of Olivia Palmero…and I gotta say, that’s a great outfit.
But can a petite pull off this off without looking overwhelmed?

That’s a GREAT look! I think it will work for a petite girl as long as the top is tucked and the jacket is cropped. (Or a cropped blouse would work as well) – Looks rich, chic & tall!
