It’s time for another Petite Fashion Challenge! For the month of March, I’ll be hosting Petite Fashion Challenge #6!
What is the Petite Fashion Challenge?
Every month, a petite blogger hosts a challenge for other petites to participate by submitting an outfit that meets the specifications listed in the challenge.
Any petite can participate and they do not have to have a blog. If you’re interested in hosting a PFC, please head over to the AlterationsNeeded forum and sign up.
This Month’s Challenge
“Dress Up Your Basics”
Jeans and a tee is a classic outfit starter. Depending on what you layer over this basic pairing, you can change style and feel of the entire look. This is your chance to show your personality and your creativity.
For this challenge, start off with a jeans and tee basic look (it can be any style or color) and dress it up to show off your personal style with accessories, jewelry, and whatever you’d like to add.

- Include the Petite Fashion Challenge button and link back to this post or the PFC#6 final post
- If you don’t have a blog but you would like to participate, email me at stylepint.musings [at] gmail [dot] com and I will add your entry to my post.

Schedule the posts for Thursday March 24, 5PM PST (8:00 PM EST).
Sign ups are closed but you can check out the participants and link your own post (before the end of the month)!

Jess, this is a great challenge! I was just thinking about this the other day. I bought so much stuff to wear to work and really don’t know how to dress myself on the weekend. This is a good way for me to start wearing casual/basic pieces again. I def. will join the challenge. Can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with.

This is going to be a hard challenge for me! I’m not much of an accessorizer so I guess I’m going to have to go out of my box for this one. Whoo hoo I wanna stretch my styling muscles!

@Gracie: Of course, you can wear basic slacks. I wanted people to select a basic outfit and it seemed like most people have jeans. But as long as it’s a basic starter outfit, it’d be good.

What a great challenge! I’m so excited, I love petite fashion challenges and this one is fab. Love the idea of dressing up the basics. I wear tees and jeans all of the time and love adding fun accessories to make the outfit unique.
